The charming flat Marvel 2 in sunny Umag Istria invites you to a dream holiday on the coast of Istria.
Mavel 2 (55m² ) has a beautiful balcony, a covered terrace, a bedroom, a living room with kitchen, a bathroom with shower cabin, a separate room with washing machine, a sofa bed, a sofa bed and a toilet. Our flats were renovated and completely refurnished in 2016.

On request, our guests can use our barbecue for evenings together and bicycles free of charge.Cancellation: You can request a cancellation in writing to the owner 30 days before the date of arrival with a plausible reas.
Deposit : 30% of the rental price at the time of booking (payment within one week).
Final payment:
By bank transfer: 15 days before arrival
Cash payment: On site at handover of keys
Deposit: 150 € on handover of keys
Please understand that smoking and pets are generally not permitted in our flats.

The tenant is obliged to handle the flat, the inventory and the appliances with care.
Please inform us immediately of any damage that has occurred during your stay.
