Mavel 3 (45m² ) has a beautiful balcony, a covered terrace, a bedroom, a living room with kitchen and a bathroom.
In the living room there is a sofa bed, a TV Our flats were renovated in 2016 and completely refurnished.
Highlights:Please note: Smoking and pets are not allowed in our flats.
On request, our guests can use our barbecue for evenings together and bicycles free of charge.
Free cancellation: You can request a cancellation in writing to the owner 30 days before the date of arrival with a plausible reason.
The owner decides whether a cancellation free of charge is justified.
Deposit : 30% of the rental price at the time of booking (payment within one week).By bank transfer: 15 days before arrival.
